They achieve this by enhancing the energy harvested and significantly lowering the power consumption of all system components.
They are seeking an energetic Field Application Engineer to support their global expansion by delivering technical assistance to customers.
YOUR MISSION
You collaborate with the Sales manager by going onsite understanding customer’s needs and provide them with the right solutions;
Your daily tasks include:
- Provide technical solutions for customer specific projects
- Understand customer end-applications and provide design recommendations
- Empathize with all aspects of the customer experience and thinking through each stage of the customer lifecycle
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Write customer oriented technical documentation
- Travel to meet customers and discuss their project
- Organize project follow up call with customers and sales
- Technical Presentations at Customers, at Seminars/Trade Shows, and at on-line Webinars
- Co-work with Application Engineer team to solve customer’s technical issue on site
YOUR PROFILE
- You have technical background and experience in electronic engineering and/or in computer science
- BS/MS in Electronic Engineering or related with relevant experience
- Analog / Power Management expertise is a plus
- Relevant work experience in a sales or sales engineering role, preferably at a hardware, semiconductor, or systems integrator company is a plus
- You communicate efficiently in French and English
- You like direct contact with customers and you adjust your communication to their technical background
- You love working in team and sharing your experience with co-workers
