We operate on a No Cure No Pay basis, which means you pay nothing until you recruit an employee.
We actively help you find the ideal applicant. Because we specialise in IT and engineering, we have a vast worldwide network of people in these sectors who trust us to find them the perfect job. To ensure we leave no stone unturned, we also post the jobs on appropriate websites and process all applications received.
We meet each of the applicants individually before we introduce them to you. You will receive a written report for each of the successful applicants, detailing their skills and credentials.
You select the applicant(s) you would like to meet. If you choose to recruit one of these applicants, you will sign an employment contract directly with them.
We will follow-up both parties to ensure the applicant has settled in your company and is doing well.

I fell into HR quite by chance after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Namur. I, nevertheless, enthusiastically embarked on a career in this sector because I love liaising between companies looking for employees and jobseekers and applicants seeking a career change. Connecting people has excited me from a very young age and each day I do everything I can to make the recruitment experience effective, proactive and good humoured. I truly believe that it is by listening attentively and showing compassion that we can find the best people who will find their home in a company that’s right for them. I also believe that every life journey is different and every experience helps us grow, adds a new string to our bow and develops new transferable business skills.
